Master Captain Brad Miller

Captain Brad has been fishing ever since he could hold a rod and reel. He has a USCG approved Master Captain License for Vessels up to 100 tons. Growing up in Discovery Bay, CA his father showed him the fine art of fishing. He later moved to Santa Cruz, CA and continued sport fishing. He opened up his first charter business fishing on the Monterey Bay. He has been working in the industry for the past 15 years. Doing everything from: Fishing charters, rod and reel commercial fishing for ling cod, rock fish, halibut and white seabass, commercial salmon fishing and commercial crab fishing. Five years ago he relocated to Crescent City. Since then, Captain Brad started another fishing charter in Crescent City hoping to provide a fun and educational experience to all of his customers. He still commercial fishes for salmon and crab as well. With tons of experience he is sure to put you and your group on the fish!
Inshore fishing
Easily our most popular Charter. We target the reefs from sisters rocks up to the lighthouse in search of rock cod. Common catches are: Black, Blue, Vermillion, Quillback and Copper rockfish as well as the occasional lingcod. This is your best chance at catching your 10 fish limit of rockfish.
Offshore Fishing
Our more offshore sportfishing charters for salmon, tuna and halibut can be a blast as well. This trip generally requires some patience. But, the reward is amazing. How does a 20 pound salmon sound? Salmon fishing is our favorite!
